Studio V - Wi Home

Wi Home is an energy efficient tiny home for construction on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. The Lakota regard the relationship between humans and horses as spiritual. The client is an tribe elder and her horse. This house translates the importance of this relationship into daily activities while also supporting other members of the tribe in need of shelter. Further research for this project is presented in the Historic American Landscapes Survey (HALS) - Mount Rushmore paper.
